Shannon Fauver, Your Louisville, KY Attorney
I am Louisville native. My family moved to Louisville in 1876. I come from a family of attorneys and after undergrad at Morehead State University and serving with the Peace Corps overseas, I decided that the best way that I could help people would be by becoming an attorney.
I have a varied practice. The majority of my cases involve people who really need help, like bankruptcy and Social Security cases.
We were raised to be involved in protecting people’s rights and dignity and I try to practice that every day. I know that many of my clients have nowhere else to go and treat them all with respect.
I am active in my children's schools and team activities and donate my time to various organizations. I take great pride in my work as I try to make a difference in my client’s lives and assist them in getting back on their feet.
I belong to the Women Lawyers Association; Louisville Bar Association; American Inns of Court, Louis D Brandeis section; Kentucky Bar Association; Kentucky Justice Academy; American Bar Association; and National Association of Social Security Representatives.
