Kentucky complying with Pentagon order on same-sex spousal benefits

On September 12, 2013, there was a case filed in Frankfort Kentucky state court to recognize same-sex marriages. That case was not filed by this office, but we wish them good luck. The Plaintiffs in that case are Kentucky Equality Federation, Lindsey Bain and Daniel Rogers.
