6th Circuit Oral Arguments

On Wednesday, August 6, 2014, the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals heard arguments in the same-sex marriage cases. These cases represented the six cases in Michigan, Tennessee, Kentucky and Ohio.

The Court did not indicate when the decision will be coming out, but they did indicate that it would most likely not be a final decision as the Supreme Court will be looking at the same-sex marriage cases in the near future.
