Update to the same-sex case filed in July of 2013

I an sorry that I haven’t had the time to get online and update the blog, as things have been changing so rapidly. On February 12, 2014, Judge John Heyburn II ruled on the case of Bourke vs. Beshear. Judge Heyburn ruled that the state of Kentucky has to recognize same-sex marriages from other states and countries.
