Press Release from the Social Security Administration that they will no longer use language ability in determining disability.
https://www.ssa.gov/news/press/releases/2020/#2-2020-1 This means that if part of your disability case is related to your language ability, it directly will affect your case. Prior to now, it was literacy in English, but not the ability to learn and process instruction in any language will impact the determination of disability.
